Enjoy Raw Vegetables and Their Health Benefits with This Japanese Spicy Miso Dipping Sauce
You might already have your easy and tasty homemade dipping sauce, but why don’t you try something new today like my Spicy Miso Mayonnaise dipping Sauce. Which is made with only 4 simple ingredients!
However, there is one thing I must warn you about. This sauce is so addictive. 😉 But don’t worry, as it’s organic, without any additives, and NO MSG. But be careful, as it’s so easy to make, you may find yourself making it often and enjoying it in excessive amounts. Let me apologize before you try, but when you get addicted, please do not blame me. 😛
This sauce goes well with many different kinds of vegetables, such as carrots, cabbages, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, radishes, asparagus…and the list goes on and on. Even a boiled egg would be a good match with this sauce. This sauce sounds pretty amazing, right?
You could make an easy snack to munch with some fresh raw vegetables served with this dipping sauce like this:
This dish could even be a party starter, or you could simply add it to your dinner table as a starter for your meal.
Did you know? There is nutritious benefits if you eat raw vegetables because you can take in rich vitamins and dietary fiber in your body as they are, as some vegetable nutrients break when heated or cooked. Some nutrients are lost when heated, like water-soluble vitamins such as B vitamins, biotin, folic acid, and vitamin C, and polyphenols. Therefore, those nutrients can be ingested as they are without being destroyed if you eat them raw.
Maybe you can get those cut vegetables and (also steamed vegetables) that are sold at supermarkets, but they are sometimes sterilized in the processing process, and in some cases, nutrients flow out on the process. Of course, it’s better than no vegetable meals but if possible, you always want to try using fresh vegetables for cooking.
I hope you enjoy not only the taste of this sauce but the surprisingly easy process to make it! 🙂
